儿科学研究生招生的现状分析与对策研究--以天津医科大学为例

近五年儿科学研究生招生呈现出报考人数增速缓慢、生源质量较差、一志愿更愿意报考专业学位、生源地域分布分散的现状。这些现状源于儿科专业本身的局限性、儿科医师职业压力大、临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养改革等原因。对此应扩大儿科学招生规模、重视儿科学学科建设、进行科学有效的招生宣传、增加儿科医生职业吸引力。

In the past five years,the enrollment of postgraduates in pediatrics has shown several problems including a slow growth in the number of applicants,poor matriculate quality,more application for professional degree,and scattered geographical distribution.These situations are caused by the limitations of pediatrics,working pressure and reform of postgraduate education.To solve these problems,we should enlarge the enrollment of pediatrics,attach importance to the construction of pediatrics,promote scientific and effective enrollment publicity,and enhance the occupational attraction of pediatrics.
