in recent years,the teachers'moral anomie has been exposed constantly.The construction of teachers'moral in colleges and universities has attracted great attention of the society.Based on the requirements of"Ten Standards of Professional Behavior of College Teachers in the New Era",this paper discusses the specific implementation path of the long-term mechanism of the construction of college teachers'ethics,in order to provide a reference for the long-term realization of the construction of college teachers'ethics.
