摘要
医学功能集聚区是由医院、医学院所、医疗企业、配套服务等医学相关产业集聚的功能区,作为一类新型的空间组织,其面临着复杂的功能布局、流线组织和城市安全问题。本文从地下空间角度,通过研究国内外医学科学片区的建设经验,剖析医学功能集聚区的功能特点,运用"生态、科技、立体"的规划理念,从地下评价、立体空间、交通组织、市政统筹、模式开发五个方面提出策略。最后以济南医疗硅谷为例,在实践中深入探索医学功能集聚区的地下空间开发利用策略,亦为其他城市同类区域提供借鉴。
Medical functional clusters are functional areas clustered by hospitals,medical schools,medical companies,supporting services and other medical-related industries.As a new type of spatial organization,it faces complex functional layout,streamline organization,and urban safety issues.From the perspective of underground space,this paper analyzes the functional characteristics of medical functional clusters by studying the construction experience of medical science areas at home and abroad,using the planning concept of"ecology,science and technology,and three-dimensions",from underground evaluation,three-dimensional space,transportation organization,and municipal planning.5.Propose strategies in five aspects of model development are proposed.Finally,taking Jinan Medical Silicon Valley as an example,it deeply explores the development and utilization strategy of underground space in medical functional clusters,which also provides reference for similar areas in other cities.
