摘要
不合理使用抗生素所引发的耐药性危机正严重威胁着我们的健康,除了开发新的抗生素以应对这一危机外,如何使现有抗生素延续应用同样具有非常重要的意义,这其中β-内酰胺酶抑制剂与抗生素的联合用药非常重要。植物资源丰富多样,为新型β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的发现提供了庞大的资源空间。该文概述了β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的筛选方法及近年来植物源β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的研究进展,以期为新型β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的发现提供参考。
The drug resistance crisis caused by improper use of antibiotics is posing a serious threat to human health.In addition to the development of new antibiotics to deal with this crisis,it is critical to continue to use existing antibiotics.Among them,the combination ofβ-lactamase inhibitors and antibiotics is very important.Plant resources are rich and diverse,which provide a huge resource space for the discovery of newβ-lactamase inhibitors.This article reviews the screening methods ofβ-lactamase inhibitors and current research progress on supplementing plant-derivedβ-lactamase inhibitors in recent years.This paper is expected to provide reference for the discovery of newβ-lactamase inhibitors.
