摘要
采用在线凝胶渗透色谱-气质联用仪(GPC-GCMS),建立了一种快速测定植物油中21种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的方法。将植物油样品以乙腈饱和的正己烷溶解,经正己烷饱和的乙腈简单提取后,通过GPC系统进行净化,去除萃取液中的油脂及色素等大分子物质,大体积进样到GCMS进行分析。结果显示,该方法在0.005~0.5μg/mL(DINP、DIDP在0.05~5.0μg/mL)范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,以3倍信噪比计算检出限为0.10~1.40μg/L,各组分峰面积RSD<5%(n=5),样品加标平均回收率为66%~124%。该方法操作简单便捷,分析速度快,适合检测植物油中21种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂。
In this paper,an on-line gel permeation chromatography-mass spectrometry(GPC-GCMS)was used to establish a rapid method for the determination of 21 kinds of o-phenylene two formic acid plasti⁃cizers in edible oils.The edible oil sample was dissolved in n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile.After simple extraction with acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane,it was purified by GPC system to remove macromolecular substances such as oil and pigment from the extraction solution.The large volume sample was injected into GCMS for analysis.The results showed that the method had good linearity in the range of 0.005~0.5μg/ml(DINP,DIDP in the range of 0.05~5.0μg/ml),the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999,the de⁃tection limit was 0.10~1.40μg/L based on 3 times signal-to-noise ratio,the RSD of each component peak area was less than 5%(n=5),and the average recoveries were 66%~124%.The method is simple,conve⁃nient and fast.It is suitable for the determination of 21 phthalate plasticizers in edible oil.
