传统与OBE教学模式的一致性探讨

当前,OBE教学模式在中国许多大学推广,但中国传统教育思想博大精深,有些教育理念堪称OBE之鼻祖,因此,教学改革应当植根于中国大地,OBE教学模式需中国化。为实现传统教育与OBE教学模式的一致性,可创建以学生为中心的OBE+J教学模式。其中,J是一种可恰当融入OBE模式的办学特色,是一种使OBE模式中国化的办学思路,是一种立德树人之道。OBE+J教学模式强调“以学生为中心”必须落实立德树人根本任务,实现成果导向必须体现“三全育人”机制。

At present,OBE teaching mode is popularized in many universities in China.However,Chinese traditional education thoughts are broad and profound,and some education ideas could be called the originator of OBE.Therefore,teaching reform should be rooted in China,and OBE teaching mode should be sinicized.In order to achieve the consistency between traditional education and OBE teaching mode,a student-centered OBE+J teaching mode has been established.Among them,J is a school-running feature that can be properly integrated into OBE mode,a school-running idea that makes OBE mode with Chinese characteristics,and a way to cultivate people by virtue.The OBE+J teaching mode emphasizes that"student-centered"must carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,and the"three wholes education"mechanism must be embodied to realize the achievement orientation.
