摘要
针对国内某钢铁公司棒线材连铸拉坯速度较低问题,本文以该钢铁公司120 t生产线的连铸段为参考,利用大型动力学软件ANSYS和材料性能软件Jmatpro,动态设定了热物性参数并且考虑了角部热流量变化,建立了小方坯在连铸过程中的温度场,研究了制约拉速的影响因素,探讨了铸坯温度与不漏钢之间的关系。结果表明:1)在现行拉速2.30~2.60 m/min基础上,拉速每提高0.1 m/min,铸坯表面温度可提高18℃,相应二冷区出口处坯壳厚度减少1.45 mm;2)二冷配水在现行基础上每减少20%,铸坯表面温度可提高15℃。这些结果对DROF技术的小方坯连铸工艺参数的确定和产品质量的控制具有重要的指导意义。
To the problem of low casting speed of bar and wire continuous casting for a domestic steel companies,this paper dynamically set thermal properties with considering heat flow changes of corner area for continuous casting section of 120 t steel production line,and established billet temperature field during continuous casting,the influencing factors that restrict casting speed were studied,the relationship between casting temperature and no leakage were discussed.The results showed that:1)based on casting speed 2.30~2.60 m/min,with the casting speed increases by 0.1 m/min,the billet surface temperature can be increased by 18℃and the shell thickness of secondary cooling water can be reduced by 1.45 mm.2)For every 20%reduction of secondary cooling water on the basis of the present,the surface temperature of slab can be increased by 15℃.These results are important guiding significance for DROF technology on the determination of billet continuous casting process parameters and product quality control.
