摘要
主轴作为开卷机中一个重要的组成零件,其稳定性及使用寿命是影响轧制生产和产品质量的主要因素之一。针对开卷机主轴断裂的事故,通过建立三维实体有限元分析模型,分析主轴断裂处受力情况,找出事故原因,给出结构设计改进方案,即将原有一体式主轴结构改为螺纹连接式主轴结构,同时对轴头螺纹部分进行加粗。最后根据改进方案建立新的有限元分析模型,验证新方案可有效避免主轴在工作过程中发生应力集中现象,方便安装检修和降低主轴发生事故成本,有较高可行性。
As an important component of pay-off reel,the stability and service life of spindle is one of the main factors affecting rolling production and product quality.In view of the spindle fracture accident of pay-off reel,a three-dimensional solid finite element analysis model is established.The stress situation of the spindle fracture is analyzed,the accident reason is found out,the structural design improvement scheme is given,that is,the original integrated spindle structure is changed to the threaded spindle structure,and the threaded part of the spindle head is thickened.Finally,a new finite element analysis model is established according to the improvement scheme,which proves that the new scheme can effectively avoid the stress concentration phenomenon of the spindle in the working process,facilitate the installation and maintenance,reduce the accident cost of the spindle,and has high feasibility.
