摘要
本文分析了科技专项项目管理过程中存在的问题,针对目前项目管理工具和管理手段不足,导致的项目管理过程中管理人员数量和项目管理工作量和管理质量、管理人员知识储备和管理要求之间的矛盾问题,提出基于助机器学习、知识推理等先进技术手段开发项目管理系统和管理工具的构想,来解决现有管理矛盾问题,在此基础上,进一步分析管理系统的功能需求,基于项目生命周期设计了项目管理系统的各模块,为进一步提高项目管理效率和项目管理质量,解决管理人员工作量大的问题奠定了基础。
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the process of science and technology project management.In view of the contradiction between the number of managers and the workload of project management,the workload and quality of project management,the knowledge reserve of managers and the management requirements in the process of project management caused by the lack of project management tools and means,this paper puts forward some suggestions based on machine learning knowledge reasoning and other advanced technical means,which used to develop project management system and management tools to solve the existing management contradictions.On this basis,the functional requirements of the management system are further analyzed,and the modules of the project management system are designed based on the project life cycle,so as to further improve the efficiency and quality of project management,it could solve the problem of heavy workload of management personnel has laid the foundation.
