摘要
文中以某大桥吊装主梁架设施工所用WJQ180-40A3架桥机为研究目标,对该架桥机的纵向、横向及屈曲稳定性进行计算分析,对桁架用Midas Civil建立模型进行静力分析。分析结果表明,该大桥主梁吊装架桥机纵向、横向及屈曲稳定性良好,桁架及吊绳受力满足规范要求,并有一定的安全储备。同时,设计合理并经过Midas/Civil有限单元法验算的架桥机可靠安全,满足实际工程需要,可为类似架桥机的工程设计验算提供依据和实践经验。
The research objective of the paper is the WJQ180-40A3 bridge erecting machine used in the erection of the main girder of a bridge.The longitudinal,lateral and buckling stability of the bridge erecting machine were calculated and analyzed using the Midas Civil model of the truss with static analysis.The analysis results show that the longitudinal,transverse,and buckling stability of the bridge erecting machine for the main girder of the bridge is enough,moreover,the truss and suspension ropes meet the requirements of the code,remaining a certain safety reserve.At the same time,the design of bridge erecting machine verified by Midas/Civil finite element method is reliable and safe,which meets the actual engineering needs.The results may provide basis and practical experience for the engineering application of similar bridge erecting machines.
