多塔斜拉桥深水钢便桥施工工艺与结构安全性分析

摘要 钢便桥因其施工方便、结构形式灵活多样、适用性较强,被广泛应用于桥梁工程的建设中。文中以某多塔斜拉桥深水域钢便桥的设计与施工为依托,对自主设计的桁架式钢便桥结构的施工工艺进行总结,并运用有限元程序Midas/Civil进行钢便桥中主梁桁架、桩顶横梁、桥面板、钢管柱的内力及变形参数的计算,验证其安全稳定性,可为同类工程的设计施工提供一定的参考。 Temporary steel bridge is widely used in the construction of bridge engineering because of its convenient construction,flexible structural forms,and strong applicability.Based on the design and construction of steel temporary bridge of a multi tower cable-stayed bridge in deep waters,key technologies of construction crafts of the line frame of auxiliary bridge steel were summarized.The internal force and deformation parameters and safe stability of girder truss,pile top beam,bridge deck,and steel pipe column of the auxiliary bridge was calculated and verified by Midas Civil software.The results could provide some reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
