江西省陶瓷企业节水等级研究

Research on water saving grade of ceramic enterprises in Jiangxi province

通过深入江西省陶瓷企业调研、收集企业用水量调查表等方式,对陶瓷企业用水情况进行了调查,按照建筑陶瓷、卫生陶瓷、工业陶瓷、日用(艺术)陶瓷进行分类统计,采用冒泡排序法及类比法计算得到三级节水等级指标,且节水等级单位统一采用m^(3)/t,从而提高标准的合理性和实用性。与江西省现行用水定额相比较,本次计算得到的节水等级更为先进。同时划定I级节水等级指标用于水效领跑者企业的评价、清洁生产用水指标的评价;Ⅱ级节水等级指标用于新建、改建、扩建企业的节水评价及节水型企业评价;Ⅲ级节水等级指标用于已建企业计划用水管理、超计划超定额累进加价制度落实、节水监管等。通过划定节水等级用途可为陶瓷企业节水评价及管理提供参考。

Through in-depth investigation of ceramic enterprises in Jiangxi province and collection of water consumption questionnaire of enterprises,the water consumption of ceramic enterprises was investigated,according to the classification statistics of building ceramics,sanitary ceramics,industrial ceramics and daily(Art)ceramics.The bubble sorting method and analogy method are used to calculate the water-saving index in three grades and the water-saving grade unit is m^(3)/t,which improves the rationality and practicability of the standard.Compared with the current water consumption quota of Jiangxi province,the water-saving grade obtained by this calculation is more advanced.At the same time,the water-saving index in gradeⅠis defined for the evaluation of water efficiency leader enterprises and cleaner production water index;the water-saving index in gradeⅡis used for water-saving evaluation of newly-built,rebuilt and expanded enterprises and water-saving enterprises;the water-saving index in gradeⅢis used for planned water use management of established enterprises,implementation of progressive price increase system beyond plan and quota,water-saving supervision,etc.The results can provide a reference for water-saving evaluation and management of ceramic enterprises.
