摘要
目前针对民国时期的陆军军服法令研究较少、资料不齐,不利于以民国时期为背景的影视作品发展。文章基于史料、文献整理,对民国时期陆军军服法令中军衔章进行组织结构分析。研究认为:民国时期1912—1936年共颁布四次陆军军服法令条例,与之相应的军衔章款式不断进行改良,品类等级划分明确,表现形式呈现多样化,审美趋向西式。陆军军服法令中军衔章造型分为二个时期,一是1912—1928年由简至繁模仿期,二是1929—1936年由繁至简革新期。陆军军服法令的变更,深层次原因是受国内军阀割据分裂,加之西方帝国主义与各路军阀相互抱团、相互利用,不稳定因素推动了陆军军服法令颁布,也为军衔章式样提供了参考样本。
In view that few existing studies and incomplete information on military uniform law in the Republic of China are not conducive to the development of film and television works with the background of the Republic of China,this paper analyzes the organizational structure of army badge in the military uniform law during the Republic of China based on historical data and literature compilation.The study concludes that from 1912 to 1936 in the Republic of China,four army uniform laws and regulations were promulgated,and the styles of corresponding army badges were continuously improved.There was clear classification of categories,showing a diverse form of manifestation and tending to western styles in terms of the aesthetics.The style of army badge in the military uniform law during the Republic of China underwent two stages:the first stage was from 1912 to 1928,from simple imitation to complex imitation and the second was from 1929 to 1936,from complexity to simplicity and innovation.The deep-rooted reasons for the variation in the military uniform law are attributed to the splitting of domestic warlords,the rally and backscratching between Western imperialism and various warlords.A variety of unsteady factors have promoted the promulgation of the military uniform law and provided a referential sample for the styles of military rank badge.
