基于数据挖掘《玉机微义》辨治妇科病证组方用药规律研究

Study on the rule of prescription and medication of gynecological diseases in Yuji Weiyi based on data mining

目的:对《玉机微义》中关于妇科病证的方药进行数据分析,探究明代医家刘纯的妇科学术思想及用药规律。方法:整理《玉机微义》中刘纯治疗妇科疾病的文献,使用Microsoft Excel 2010建立方药数据库,将有效方药数据规范化运用IBM SPSS Modeler18.0和SPSS Statistics22.0软件对药物的使用频次、种类、功效、性味、归经等方面进行统计分析。结果:根据纳入与排除标准进行筛选,最终符合条件的方剂共106首,包含中药137种,用药总频次共计679次。数据结果显示,刘氏辨治妇疾高频常用药物中,使用频次前五为当归、川芎、甘草、白芍、熟地黄;药类多用补虚药、活血药;药性以温性药使用频率最高,药味以苦、甘、辛为主;归经以脾、肝、心为主;通过关联分析,共得到关联数据20条(6条两项、12条三项、4条四项),核心组合为“当归-川芎-白芍-熟地黄”。核心药物聚类分析得到4组药组包括“补血活血药(川芎、当归、白芍、熟地黄)”“益气健脾药(白术、茯苓、人参、甘草)+燥湿化痰理气药(半夏、陈皮)”等。结论:刘纯治疗妇科疾病多以虚为本、通补兼施;组方思路多以益气补血、健脾条肝、清热燥湿等为主;治法多样,重视灸法,简便效廉,其妇科疾病的处方用药规律及学术思想对指导临床实践具有重要意义,值得进一步推广和研究。

Objective:To analyze the prescriptions of gynecological syndromes in Yuji Weiyi(《玉机微义》)to explore the gynecologicai academic thoughts and medication rules of Liu Chun,a physician in the Ming dynasty.Methods:To sort out the literature on treatment of gynecological diseases by Liu Chun in Yuji Weiyi,use Microsoft Excel 2010 to establish a prescription database,standardize the effective prescription data,and use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 22.0 software to use frequency and type of drugs Statistic analysis is carried out on the aspects of efficacy,nature and flavor,and return of menstruation.Results:Screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and finally a total of 106 prescriptions that met the conditions,including 137 kinds of TCM medicine,were used for a total of 679 times.The data results show that among Liu’s frequently used medicine for differentiation and treatment of women’s diseases,the top five used are Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Licorice,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,and Rehmannia glutinosa.The highest,the medicinal taste is mainly bitter,sweet,and pungent;the meridian is mainly spleen,liver,and heart;through correlation analysis,a total of 20 related data(6 two items,12 three items,4 four items)are obtained.The core combination is“Angelica sinensis-Chuanxiong-Baishao-Rehmannia glutinosa”.The core drug cluster analysis obtained 4 drug groups including“blood-tonifying and activating blood medicine(Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rehmannia glutinosa)”,“qi invigorating and invigorating spleen drugs(Atractylodes,Poria,ginseng,licorice)+damp-drying and phlegm-regulating medicine Pinellia,tangerine peel)”etc.Conclusion:Liu Chun’s treatment of gynecological diseases is mostly based on deficiency and tonifying and supplementing;the main ideas of formulating are mainly to invigorate qi and blood,invigorate the spleen and invigorate the liver,clear away heat and dry dampness,etc.,Its prescription medicine rules and academic thoughts for gynecological diseases are of great significance for guiding clinical practice,and it is worthy of further promotion and research.
