穴位针刺联合西药治疗突发性耳聋近远期的疗效观察

The short and long-term effects of acupoint acupuncture plus western medicine on sudden deafness

目的:观察穴位针刺联合西药治疗突发性耳聋近远期的疗效。方法:选取100例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组。对照组西药常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用穴位针刺治疗,观察不同方法治疗后1个月、3个月后疗效,观察血液流变学和临床症状积分变化情况。结果:治疗后1个月、3个月观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组治疗前血液流变学、临床症状积分比较差异不显著,P>0.05,治疗后观察组全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积显著低于对照组,红细胞变形指数显著高于对照组,两组比较差异显著,P<0.05;治疗后观察组耳聋、耳鸣、眩晕、恶心呕吐、耳闷积分显著低于对照组,两组比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论:穴位针刺联合西药能改善突发性耳聋临床症状,提高疗效,促进血液循环,对患者远期效果明显。

Objective:To observe the short and long-term effects of acupoint acupuncture plus western medicine on sudden deafness.Methods:100 patients were divided into two groups according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated by acupuncture more.Results:After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with significant differences,P<0.05.After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,red blood cell aggregation index,and hematocrit in the observation group were significantly lower,and the red blood cell deformation index was significantly higher than the control group,with significant differences,P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of deafness,tinnitus,dizziness,nausea and vomiting,and ear fullness in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint acupuncture plus western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of sudden deafness,improve the curative effect,promote blood circulation,and have obvious long-term effects.
