Wang Shenzhi’s experience in treating ankylosing spondylitis from spleen and stomach

王莘智教授继承阎小萍教授之思想,认为素体正气亏虚,机体经络运行不畅,加之风、寒、湿三气侵入人体,本虚标实合而为弊,并通过多年临床经验总结,提出现代大偻患者“固本驱邪”的治疗过程中不仅需要固先天肝肾之本,亦要健后天脾胃之本。文章从大偻的病因、病机、用药等方面,通过经典病案分析,简要介绍王莘智教授从脾胃论治强直性脊柱炎的经验。

Professor Wang Shenzhi inherited the thought of Professor Yan Xiaoping,and believed that the body’s righteous Qi(气)deficiency,the body’s meridian movement is not smooth,and the Qi of wind,cold and dampness invade the human body.It is pointed out that in the treatment process of“consolidating the origin and exorcising evil”in DaLou(大偻)patients,it is not only necessary to consolidate the foundation of the liver and kidney,but also to strengthen the foundation of the spleen and stomach.This article briefly introduces Professor Wang Shenzhi’s experience in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis from the spleen and stomach through the analysis of classic medical records from the etiology,pathogenesis,medication and other aspects of the disease.
