给予脾胃病患者半夏泻心汤治疗对纠正患者各个脏腑运化失调现象及提高疾病治疗率的研究

The effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on viscera dysfunction and cured rate in patients with the spleen-stomach disease

目的:探究给予脾胃病患者半夏泻心汤治疗对纠正患者各个脏腑运化失调现象及提高疾病治疗率的影响。方法:选取常州市新北区孟河中医医院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的70例脾胃病患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照就诊先后顺序分成对照组、试验组,每组各35例。给予对照组患者常规西药治疗,给予试验组患者半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、白细胞(White Blood Cell,WBC)计数、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)水平及中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况等。结果:试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,有差异性。两组治疗前WBC、CRP水平及中医证候积分相比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。两组治疗后WBC、CRP水平及中医证候积分均比治疗前低,且试验组比对照组低,P<0.05,有差异性。结论:予以脾胃病患者半夏泻心汤治疗效果确切,利于提高疗效、减轻炎症,并可使患者各脏腑运化失调现象得以纠正,可予以临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤)on viscera dysfunction and cured rate in patients with the spleen-stomach diseases.Methods:70 cases were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of seeking medical treatment,35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated in conventional western medicine,while patients in the experimental group were treated with the Banxia Xiexin decoction.Results:Compared with the control group,the total efficiency in the experimental group was higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,WBC,CRP levels and TCM syndrome scores in the groups were lower than those before treatment,and in the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Banxia Xiexin decoction shows definite effects on Piwei diseases.It is beneficial to improving the curative effects,reducing inflammation,correcting viscera dysfunction,and can be clinically popularized and applied.
