结肠息肉“病-证-体”相关性的研究进展

Progress in the the correlation between“disease-syndrome-body”of colonic polyps

结肠息肉发病率高,复发率高,且临床缺乏特异性症状,是公认的癌前疾病,受到人们的高度重视。因此基于中医体质学说提出的“辨病、辨证、辨体”的诊疗模式,通过检索近些年来的相关文献,分析结肠息肉的病理分型与中医证型、体质的相关性,探讨中医中药对于本病的治疗、预防的独特优势,更好地指导临床诊疗。

Colonic polyp incidence rate is a well-recognized premalignant disease with high recurrence rate and lack of specific clinical symptoms.Therefore,based on the diagnosis and treatment mode of“differentiating disease,differentiating syndrome and differentiating body”proposed by TCM physique theory,by searching the relevant literatures in recent years,this paper analyzes the relationship between the etiology and pathogenesis of colon polyp and TCM syndromes and constitution,and discusses the unique advantages of TCM to the treatment and prevention of this disease,so as to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment better.
