昆仙胶囊治疗肾脏疾病临床应用进展

A review on treating kidney diseases with the Kunxian capsules

昆仙胶囊作为第三代雷公藤制剂,因具有类激素及免疫抑制作用而无激素样副作用被广泛应用于临床。最初多用来治疗类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等风湿免疫系统疾病及银屑病、慢性荨麻疹等皮肤科疾病,近年来随着对其药理学研究的深入,无论是动物实验还是临床研究均表明昆仙胶囊在各型肾脏病的治疗方面同样具有显著疗效,故文章就昆仙胶囊目前在肾脏疾病治疗方面的临床进展作一综述。

As the third generation tripterygium wilfordii preparation,the Kunxian capsule(昆仙胶囊)has been widely used in clinic because of its hormone-like and immunosuppressive effects without hormone-like side effects.At first,it was mainly used to treat rheumatic immune system diseases,such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus,as well as dermatological diseases such as psoriasis and chronic urticaria.In recent years,with the deepening of its pharmacological research,both animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that the Kunxian capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of various types of kidney diseases.Therefore,the clinical progress of the Kunxian capsule on treating renal diseases was reviewed.
