穴位敷贴联合穴位按摩预防神经外科患者便秘的效果

Effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on prevention of con­stipation in neurosurgery patients

目的探讨穴位敷贴联合穴位按摩预防神经外科患者便秘的效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年8月常州市武进中医医院神经外科接受住院治疗的患者104例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组患者给予饮食调护、适当运动、心理疏导等常规措施预防便秘;观察组患者则在对照组基础上给予穴位敷贴联合穴位按摩干预,连续干预7d为1个疗程。比较两组患者便秘的发生率,进行便秘症状及疗效评估,评价焦虑、抑郁情况及患者对工作的满意度。结果观察组、对照组患者的便秘发生率分别为13.50%(7/52)、28.85%(15/52),观察组防治便秘效果更好,便秘发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);人院干预后,观察组患者的排便情况优于对照组,首次排便时间、排便时间间隔、每次排便时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组患者干预后的便秘症状评分明显下降,焦虑SAS、抑郁SDS评分明显下降,组间比较,以观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度高达96.15%,高于对照组80.77%的满意度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合穴位按摩可有效预防神经外科住院患者便秘的发生,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的负性情绪,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage in preventing constipation in neurosurgery patients.Methods A total of 104 patients receiving inpatient treatment in the Neurosurgery Department of Changzhou Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to ran­dom number table method,with 52 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given diet nursing,appro­priate exercise,psychological counseling and other routine measures to prevent constipation.Patients in the observation group was given acupoint application combined with acupoint massage intervention on the basis of the control group,and the intervention lasted for 7 days as a course of treatment.The incidence of constipation was compared between the two groups,constipation symptoms and efficacy were evaluated,anxiety and depression were evaluated,and patients'satis­faction with work was evaluated.Results The incidence of constipation in the observation group and the control group was 13.50%(7/52)and 28.85%(15/52)respectively.The observation group had better effect in preventing and treating constipation,and the incidence of constipation was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After admission intervention,the defecation situation of the observation group was better than the control group,and the first defecation time,defecation time interval and each defecation time were significantly shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before interven­tion,the scores of constipation symptoms,anxiety SAS and depression SDS of patients in the two groups decreased sig­nificantly after intervention,and the comparison between groups showed that the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was as high as 96.15%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.77%),and the difference was statistically signif­icant(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint application combined with acupoint massage can effectively prevent consti­pation in neurosurgery inpatients,relieve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression,and improve patient's satisfac­tion.
