玉米中真菌毒素污染情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对2020年在11个省份收集的85份玉米样品进行真菌毒素检测分析。方法:采用胶体定量免疫层析法和酶联免疫试剂盒法对样品中黄曲霉毒素B_1、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(呕吐毒素)及玉米赤霉烯酮的含量进行检测,并按照《食品安全国家标准食品中真菌毒素限量》(GB 2761—2017)对结果进行分析评价。结果:黄曲霉毒素B_1的检出最高含量为38.39 μg/kg,超标率为3.5%;呕吐毒素的检出最高含量为3 087.2 μg/kg,超标率34.1%;玉米赤霉烯酮检出最高含量为2 351.0 μg/kg,超标率为40.0%。结论:2020年收集的玉米中真菌毒素超标率较高,其中呕吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮污染程度较重,黄曲霉毒素B_1的污染比其余的2种毒素污染轻,玉米中真菌毒素总体污染情况需引起重视。
