生态环境类项目投融资模式研究

大力发展环保产业是我国经济社会发展的迫切需求,但我国生态环境类项目受困于融资难、融资贵等难题。2020年生态环境部联合相关部委发布了《关于推荐生态环境导向的开发模式试点项目的通知》,明确了6种融资模式。以该文件中的融资模式为基础,对各融资模式的优点、融资年限、融资成本、适用范围等进行了详细阐述,为今后生态环境类项目的投融资提供借鉴。

Vigorously developing the environmental protection industry is an urgent need for our economic and social development.However,the eco-environmental projects are facing difficulties in financing and expensive financing.Recently,the Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection,together with other ministries and commissions,issued the Notice on Recommending Pilot Projects of Ecological Environment Oriented Development Mode.The document defines six financing modes.Based on the financing modes,this paper elaborated in detail the advantages,financing period,financing cost and application scope of each financing mode,so as to provide reference for later ecological environment projects investment or financing.
