摘要
苯并[a]芘属于多环芳烃中毒性最大的一种强烈致癌物。为了更简单、快速、准确地测定环境空气中的苯并[a]芘,对比了二氯甲烷和乙腈超声波提取环境空气中的苯并[a]芘的方法检出限和加标回收率。结果表明,当采样体积为144 m^(3)(标准状况下)时,乙腈提取时,苯并[a]芘的检出限为0.03 ng/m^(3),检出下限为0.12 ng/m^(3),加标回收率为93.4%~101.0%;二氯甲烷提取时,苯并[a]芘的检出限为0.04 ng/m^(3),检出下限为0.16 ng/m^(3),加标回收率为62.7%~108.0%。乙腈提取时操作更简单、快速,检出限更低,加标回收率更好,所以选择乙腈作提取液。
Benzo(a)pyrene was a strong cancerogen,in order to determine the benzo(a)pyrene in ambient air more simply,quickly and accurately,the detection limit and the standard recovery rate of benzo(a)pyrene in ambient air with high-performance liquid chromatography was compared,the specimens were extracted by ultrosonic wave with acetonitrile and dichloromethane.The results showed when the sampling volume is 144 m^(3)(standard condition),the detection limit of benzo(a)pyrene was 0.03 ng/m^(3) and the lower limit was 0.12 ng/m^(3),and the recovery of benzo(a)pyrene was 93.4%-101%when were extracted by ultrosonic wave with acetonitrile.While the detection limit of benzo(a)pyrene was 0.04 ng/m^(3),the lower limit was 0.16 ng/m^(3),and the recovery of benzo(a)pyrene was 62.7%-108%when were extracted by ultrosonic wave with dichloromethane.The operation is simpler and faster by using acetonitrile as extractant,and the detection limit is lower,the recovery rate is better.
