摘要
聚合氯化铝是一种常见的净水剂。以盐酸、铝矾土、铝酸钙粉为主要原料生产聚合氯化铝项目在实际运行过程中会产生废气、废渣等环境污染物。依据现行的环保政策及技术要求,全方位分析该项目排放的主要污染物,提出相应的防治措施,并进行环境风险分析,污染物实现达标排放及妥善处理,取得了良好的环境效益。
Polyaluminum chloride is a common water purifying agent.The production of polyaluminum chloride project with hydrochloric acid,bauxite,and calcium aluminate powder as the main raw materials will produce waste gas,waste residue and other environmental pollutants in the production process.According to the current environmental protection policy and technical requirements,the main pollutants discharged by the project are analyzed comprehensively.The corresponding feasible measures for environmental pollution prevention and control are put forward,and the environmental risk is analyzed.All pollutants are discharged up to standard and properly treated,and good environmental benefits have been achieved.
