摘要
煤层气在输送过程中,随着地势起伏、温度降低会凝析出液态水,聚积在采气管线低洼处,会减小有效输送面积,造成输气效率降低,冬季温度较低时,存在管线冻堵的风险,本文针对管道积液的形成机理及规律特征展开研究,探索积液定位技术及丰富排液手段。
During the process of CBM transportation,the condensate water will be formed due to the rolling topography and fall of temperature,and accumulated in the lower parts of the gas pipelines,which will reduce the effective area of transportation,and cause low gas transmission efficiency.When the temperature is low in winter,there is risk of pipeline freezing and blocking.The paper studies the forming mechanism,regulation and characteristics of liquid accumulation in pipelines,and explores the positioning technology of liquid accumulation and methods of liquid discharge.
