摘要
针对轻型卡车的常用工况统计分析,在某些轻型卡车的变速器中,最容易出现应力集中或者常工作在低速高扭矩、重载及高温环境下的概率很高,而这种工作状态通常会发生在一挡。因此有必要对变速器1挡及壳体、总成进行基于对齿轮和传动轴的受力分析和理论计算,将受力值作为加载载荷,对传动轴和壳体进行静力学分析,找出了各处的应力集中部位的最大应力值和最大应变值,为后期变速器结构优化提出优化建议。
According to the statistical analysis of common working conditions of light trucks,in some light truck transmis-sions,the most likely to have stress concentration or often work under low speed,high torque,heavy load and high temperature environment is very high.This working state usually happened in first gear.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out force analysis and theoretical calculations based on the gear and transmission shaft for the first gear of the transmission,the housing,and the assembly.The force value is used as the loading load and the transmission shaft and housing are statically analyzed to find out the maximum stress value and the maximum strain value of the stress concentration positions everywhere provide optimization suggestions for the optimization of the later transmission structure.
