To meet the high customized requirement of vehicle interior style,it's necessary to apply a efficient management method of product data for interior color part release in vehicle development BOM.A automate release management method of configurable interior color part is studied in this paper.The basic definition,digital programme of configurable color scheme and creation of color part in BOM are discussed in this paper.Finally,the benefits of this method to modular development are concluded.
