A MULTIDIMENSIONAL LOGICAL INQUIRY INTO THE EFFECTIVE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE CONSOLIDATION OF POVERTY ALLEVIATION ACHIEVEMENTS AND RURAL REVITALIZATION FOR THE ETHNIC GROUPS WITH A SMALL POPULATION IN CHINA

"开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程"与"实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接"(下文简称为"有效衔接")是中国共产党第十九届中央委员会第五次全体会议通过的主要内容之一。人口较少民族在迈向现代化新征程中实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接,体现了共同富裕的本质逻辑、人民至上的价值逻辑、美美与共的内生逻辑。

"Starting a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way"and"Achieving the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization"(hereinafter referred to as"effective connection")is one of the main contents adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.In the new journey of modernization,ethnic groups with a small population have achieved an effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization,which embodies the essential logic of common prosperity,the value logic of the people’s supremacy,and the endogenous logic of coexistence of beauty.
