摘要
2,4-二氯-6-烷氧基-1,3,5-三嗪是通过原料2,4,6-三氯-1,3,5-三嗪与甲醇、乙醇等在碳酸氢钠存在下发生反应,合成的一烷氧基取代产物。讨论了不同温度、反应时间对于目标产物的影响,并对反应条件进行优化,选择出产率较高的合成条件,避免生成二取代产物。通过元素分析及NMR对产物的结构进行了表征。
2,4-dichloro-6-alkoxy-1,3,5-triazine was synthesized by the reaction of 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine,methyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol in the presence of sodium bicarbonate.The effects of different synthetic conditions,such as temperature and time,on the target product were discussed.In order to avoid making disubstituted products,the reaction conditions were optimized and a suitable route with high yield was selected.The structure of the product was characterized by elemental analysis and NMR.
