2-羧酸-4-(3-三氟甲氧基苯基)-苯并噻唑的合成和表征

Synthesis and Characterization of 2-Carboxyl-4-(3-Trifluoromethoxy phenyl)Benzothiazole

本文采用活性亚结构连接法和生物等排法,在苯并噻唑4位引入芳香性生物活性基团,以4-氯-苯并噻唑为起始原料合成出一个结构新颖的苯并噻唑衍生物。所合成的化合物均通过1H-NMR、LC-MS表征。

A benzothiazole derivate were designed by the method of linking active sub-structures of phenyl-aryl at 4-position of Benzothiazole.A novel 4-aryl-benzothiazol-2-carboxyl compounds were synthesized with the starting material of 4-chlorobenzothiazole.All of the products were characterized by 1H-NMR and LC-MS.
