摘要
以硝酸铽和均苯三甲酸为主要原料,室温下合成了铽金属有机框架材料(Tb-MOFs),并用X射线衍射,扫描电镜、红外光谱等对产物进行了物相和形貌表征,考察了其荧光性能。产物的最大激发峰和发射峰分别为255 nm和544 nm,在靶标Fe^(3+)存在下,会使产物Tb-MOFs的荧光猝灭,在一定范围内,Fe^(3+)浓度与Tb-MOFs的荧光强度成线性关系,由此建立了检测Fe^(3+)的方法。Fe^(3+)的检测范围是1~50μM,检出限0.57μM,且对Fe^(3+)有着非常良好的检测效果和较好的特异性,具有简单快捷,准确度较高等优点。
Terbium metal-organic framework materials(Tb-MOFs)were synthesized from terbium nitrate and terephthalic acid at room temperature.The phase and morphology of the products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and infrared spectroscopy.The fluorescence properties of the products were investigated.The maximum excitation peak and emission peak of the product are 255 nm and 544 nm,respectively.In the presence of target Fe^(3+),the fluorescence quenching of the product Tb-MOFs will be quenched.In a certain range,the concentration of Fe^(3+)has a linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity of Tb-MOFs,thus establishing a method for detecting Fe^(3+).The detection range of Fe^(3+)is 1~50μM.,and the detection limit is 0.57μM.It has a very good detection effect and good specificity for Fe^(3+),and has the advantages of simple,fast and high accuracy.achieved in a range from 1μM to 50μM with a detection limit at 0.57μM.The experimental results show that our method has a very good detection effect and good specificity for iron ion.This method has the advantages of simple,fast and high accuracy.It has potential application in the actual detection of iron ion.
