摘要
通过对使用红外吸收法测定铸铁试样中碳含量时引入的不确定度来源分析,分别从测试设备、标准物质、测试方法、测试人员等几个方面评定不确定度分量,并计算出碳含量测试结果的扩展不确定度。
By analyzing the source of uncertainty in the measurement of carbon content in cast iron by infrared absorption method,the uncertainty were evaluated from the test equipments,certified reference materials,methods and test person,and calculated the expanded uncertainty of carbon content test result.
