摘要
目的:测定与比较我国南北地区五味子藤茎中的黄酮及多糖类成分的含量和差异。方法样品中槲皮素含量的测定,UV-vis,5%亚硝酸钠、10%硝酸铝、1%氢氧化钠、50%乙醇处理,360 nm处测定吸光度;样品中葡萄糖含量的测定,UV-vis,苯酚-硫酸法处理,在490 nm处测定吸光度。结果:样品中总黄酮的含量,在0.0084~0.042 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.11%,RSD为1.44%,得南北五味子(0.788%)<南北五味子藤茎(0.960%),南五味子(0.682%)<北五味子(0.893%),南五味子藤茎(0.887%)<北五味子藤茎(1.033%);总多糖含量,南北五味子(0.561%)<南北五味子藤茎(0.606%),南五味子(0.656%)>北五味子(0.466%),南五味子藤茎(0.701%)>北五味子藤茎(0.510%)。结论:多糖、黄酮类成分广泛存在五味子及其藤茎中,且藤茎中多糖、黄酮含量均高于五味子,以多糖、黄酮类化合物为功效成分,五味子藤茎具有大的可开发利用价值。
Objective:To determine and compare the content and difference of flavonoids and polysaccharides in the stems of Schisandra chinensis in the north and south of my country.Method:Determination of the content of quercetin in the sample,UV-vis,5%sodium nitrite,10% aluminum nitrate,1% sodium hydroxide,50% ethanol,and the absorbance at 360 nm;determination of the glucose content in the sample,UV-vis,phenol-sulfuric acid method,measure the absorbance at 490 nm.Results:The content of total flavonoids in the sample has a good linear relationship within the range of 0.0084~0.042 mg/mL,the average recovery rate is 97.11%,and the RSD is 1.44%.It is obtained that the northern and southern schisandra(0.788%)<the southern and northern schisandra cane(0.960%).Southern Schisandra(0.682%)<Northern Schisandra(0.893%),Southern Schisandra cane(0.887%)<Northern Schisandra cane(1.033%);total polysaccharide content,Southern and Northern Schisandra(0.561%)<Southern and Northern Schisandra cane(0.606%),southern schisandra(0.656%)>northern schisandra(0.466%),southern schisandra(0.701%)>northern schisandra(0.510%).Conclusion:Polysaccharides and flavonoids are widely found in schisandra and its cane,and the content of polysaccharides and flavonoids in the cane is higher than that of schisandra.With polysaccharides and flavonoids as functional components,the cane of schisandra has great development and utilization value.
