摘要
悬索管道在输油输气领域非常常见,在实际工况中经常受到不可抗的外力影响,特别是风振的影响。本文首先利用MATLAB对风速进行时程分析,得出不同风速值对应的风载荷值,再利用ANSYS APDL对悬索管道建模,把风载荷值加载到模型上,得到特殊节点的应力值,运用应力强度干涉模型计算可靠度,分析不同载荷下的可靠度变化情况。
Suspended-cable pipelines are very common in the field of oil and gas transportation,and are often affected by irresistible external forces in actual working conditions,especially wind vibration.This paper first uses MATLAB to analyze the wind speed time history,and obtains the wind load values corresponding to different wind speed values.Then,use ANSYS APDL to model the suspension cable pipeline,load the wind load value on the model,and obtain the stress value of the special node.The stress intensity interference model calculates the reliability and analyzes the reliability changes under different loads.
