柴油加氢装置延长运行周期的探讨

摘要 某石化公司300万t/a柴油加氢装置第二周期开工后,催化剂失活速率过快,通过分析找出了导致催化剂失活速率过快的原因。随后对原料进行了相应控制,并根据不同原料的性质,对两套柴油加氢装置的原料进行了优化。通过物料的合理分配,整体大幅缓解了催化剂失活速率过快的现状,并提高了装置的稳定性。该措施对于拥有两套及以上柴油加氢装置的炼厂具有一定的借鉴意义。 After the second cycle of the 3 million tons/year diesel hydrogenation unit of a petrochemical company started,the catalyst deactivation rate was too fast.Through analysis,the cause of the catalyst deactivation rate was found out.Subsequently,the raw materials were controlled accordingly,and the raw materials of the two diesel hydrogenation units were optimized according to the properties of different raw materials.Through the reasonable distribution of materials,the overall situation of the excessively fast catalyst deactivation rate is greatly alleviated,and the stability of the device is improved.This measure has certain reference significance for refineries with two or more diesel hydrogenation units.
