工艺危害分析在化工设计中的应用

Application of Process Hazard Analysis in Chemical Engineering Design

在执行化工工程方案时,通过工艺危害分析,能够对化工工程中使用的各种设备进行安全检测,这样可以有效找出化工工艺中存在的各种危险问题,避免不必要事故的出现。由此可见,工艺危害分析在化工设计中起到了重要作用。本文就结合化工工艺设计内涵概述,重点分析化工设计中工艺危害分析方法,根据分析结果,提出化工工艺设计中控制措施。

In the implementation of chemical engineering scheme,through the process hazard analysis,we can carry out safety detection on various equipment used in chemical engineering,which can effectively find out various dangerous problems existing in chemical engineering process and avoid unnecessary accidents.Therefore,process hazard analysis plays an important role in chemical design.This paper summarizes the connotation of chemical process design,focuses on the analysis of process hazard analysis methods in chemical design,and puts forward control measures in chemical process design according to the analysis results.
