摘要
物理化学是化学学科的一个重要分支,是从物理变化与化学变化的联系入手,运用物理学的理论和手段,研究化学变化的基本规律。物理化学是高等农林院校中生物工程、食品科学与工程、环境科学及环境工程、农药、兽药等专业学生的必修专业基础课。由于该课程理论性强、概念抽象难懂,公式定律相对较多,学生普遍感到比较难学。本文针对该课程的特点和要求,对物理化学的课堂教学进行了积极的探索和尝试。
Physical chemistry describes chemical theory systematically based on mathematics, physics, inorganic and analytical chemistry, organic chemistry. It is a compulsory professional foundation course for students of food science and engineering, food quality and safety, wine engineering, bioengineering, environment science and engineering etc. Because of its strong theoretical, abstract and difficult concepts and more formula and law, it is difficult to study. In this paper we explore and practice the teaching methods of physical chemistry actively in the light of characteristics and requirements of the course. of life science.
