钢板螺钉内固定治疗尺骨骨折的效果及安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Internal Fixation of Plate and Screw in the Treatment of Patients with Ulnar Bone Fracture

目的 比较分析钢板螺钉内固定及外固定支架固定治疗尺骨骨折的效果及安全性.方法 选择2019年8月—2020年5月在盖州市中心医院接受手术治疗的146例尺骨骨折患者,依据随机数表法分成观察组及对照组各73例,对照组行外固定支架固定治疗,观察组行钢板螺钉内固定治疗,对比两组疗效、手术指标及安全性.结果 观察组治疗优良率为89.04%,较对照组的75.34%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组手术指标及安全性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 钢板螺钉内固定治疗尺骨骨折的效果优于外固定支架固定治疗,且具有较好的安全性,值得推广.

Objective Comparison and analysis of the effect and safety of internal fixation with plate screws and external fixation for ulnar fractures.Methods A total of 146 patients with ulna fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Gaizhou Central Hospital from August 2019 to May 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group with 73 cases in each group.The control group received external fixation treatment.The observation group was treated with steel plate screw internal fixation,The efficacy,surgical indicators and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.04%,which was higher than 75.34%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical indicators and safety of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of plate screw internal fixation on ulnar fractures is better than that of external fixation,and it has better safety and is worthy of promotion.
