CT Features of 13 Children with Nephroblastoma

目的 分析13例儿童肾母细胞瘤的C T特征性表现.方法 收集大连市儿童医院2011年7月—2020年6月经手术及病理证实的13例肾母细胞瘤患儿的C T影像学资料,分析患儿在C T检查中所呈现出的特征性表现.结果 肾母细胞瘤患儿的CT检查显示肿瘤密度呈不均质性,增强CT检查显示肿瘤呈渐进性云絮样强化.结论 肾母细胞瘤患儿具有特征性CT表现,CT检查能够对该病进行有效诊断.

Objective To investigate the CT features of 13 children with nephroblastoma.Methods The CT imaging data of 13 children with nephroblastoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in Dalian Children’s Hospital from July 2011 to June 2020 were collected,and the characteristic manifestations of the children in CT examinations were analyzed.Results CT examination of children with nephroblastoma showed that the tumor density was heterogeneous,and the enhanced CT examination showed that the tumor showed progressive cloud-like enhancement.Conclusion Children with nephroblastoma have characteristic CT features,and CT examination can effectively diagnose the disease.
