29个蝴蝶兰品种杂交亲和性分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Hybrid Affinity in 29 Phalaenopsis Varities

摘要 以29个蝴蝶兰品种为试材进行杂交实验,设计杂交组合123个,其中54个获得膨大果实,并进行了胚培养,19个组合获得了萌发的种子。从品种、花型、胚培养时间、花朵开发程度进行亲和性分析发现:蝴蝶兰不同品种间亲和性差异较大,大花型之间、大花型和中花型之间杂交亲和性较好;不同胚培养时间对种子萌发的影响差别较大,授粉后120~129 d是最佳胚培养时间。父本不同开放状态对结实数量影响较小,母本不同开放时期对结实数量影响较大,母本开放6 d进行授粉结实率远高于开放1 d。 29 Phalaenopsis varieties were used as test materials for hybridization experiment.54 hybrid combinations produced normal capsules among 123 hybrid combinations that were designed,and embryo culture,and 19 combinations obtained germinated seeds.The compatibility analysis of varieties,flower types,embryo culture time and different open states showed that there were great differences in compatibility among different varieties of Phalaenopsis,and the hybridization compatibility was better among large flower types,large flower types and medium flower types.Different embryo culture time had different effects on seed germination,and 120~129 days after pollination was the best time for embryo culture.Different open states of the male parent had little effect on the number of seed sets,while different open periods of the female parent had greater effect on the number of seed sets.The pollination and seed setting rate of the female parent after 6 days of opening was much higher than that after 1 day of opening.
