摘要 随着玉龙铜矿改扩建工程的推进,矿山采剥区域面积及工程量大幅增加,现有测量仪器GPS-RTK、全站仪等从效率及精度方面均无法满足工程量验收及日常测量工作。为提高玉龙铜矿测量工作的效率及精度,引进Maptek I-Site XR3三维激光扫描仪。通过现场应用,该设备能够快速实现点云数据的采集,尤其适合露天矿山大面积开采、地形复杂区域的工程量验收和测量工作;同时结合配套软件PointStudio,能够快速实现矿山三维实体建模和采剥工程量的计算;能够达到验收及测量工作效率、质量、精度及安全性提升的目的,具有较高的应用价值。 With the advancement of Yulong Copper Mine's reconstruction and expansion project,the area of the mine stripping area and the engineering volume have increased significantly.The existing measuring instruments GPS-RTK,total station,etc.cannot satisfy the engineering quantity acceptance and daily measurement in terms of efficiency and accuracy.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Yulong Copper Mine surveying work,the Maptek I-Site XR33D laser scanner was introduced.Through field application,the device can quickly realize point cloud data collection,which is especially suitable for the acceptance and measurement of large-area mining and complex terrain areas in open-pit mines.At the same time,combined with the supporting software PointStudio,it can quickly realize three-dimensional solid modeling and calculation of stripping engineering quantity.Calculation of engineering quantity,it can achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency,quality,precision and safety of inspection and measurement,and has high application value.
