摘要
北蕉石灰石矿山开采重点考虑降低爆破振速及噪音,需确保周边村民民房的安全、爆破产生噪音控制在可接受范围。矿山最大开采高度为210 m,终了台阶坡面角60°,同时要保证边坡稳定。该矿山爆破开采过程中使用高精度非电雷管组成起爆网络,靠近边坡段采取预裂爆破进行施工。为了最大限度地方便施工和减少爆破过程中产生的噪音,决定采取预裂爆破但不使用导爆索进行施工,其线密度为1.0 kg/m,经过一些列的试验研究,基本达到预期目的,对类似矿山具有较大参考价值。
In Beijiao limestone mining,the key consideration is to reduce the vibration speed and noise of blasting,to ensure the safety of surrounding villagers’houses,and the noise from blasting to be controlled within an acceptable range.The maximum mining height of the mine is 210 m,and the final step slope angle is 60°.At the same time,the stability of the slope must be ensured.During the blasting and mining process of the mine,high-precision non-electric detonators were used to form a detonation network,and pre-splitting blasting was used for construction near the slope.In order to maximize the convenience of construction and reduce the noise generated in the blasting process,it was decided to adopt pre-splitting blasting but not use the detonating cord for construction.Its linear density was 1.0 kg/m.After a series of tests and studies,the expected goal was basically achieved.It has great reference value for similar mines.
