基于人机工程学的切顶房柱法最小切顶厚度计算研究

摘要 为确定合理的最小切顶厚度这个切顶房柱法的重要技术参数,以贵州猫场地下铝土矿的切顶房柱法为例,提出一种基于人机工程学理论的最小切顶厚度计算方法,计算确定了最小切顶厚度为1811.5 mm。该方法确定的最小切顶厚度在矿山实际开采过程中获得了良好的技术经济指标,为我国地下铝土矿安全、高效开采提供理论依据及技术指导。 In order to determine the reasonable minimum thickness of roof cutting is an important technical parameter of roof cutting column method.Taking the roof-cutting room-column method of bauxite in Guizhou cat yard as an example,a calculation method of minimum roof-cutting thickness based on ergonomics theory is proposed,and the minimum roof-cutting thickness is determined to be 1811.5 mm.The minimum cut-top thickness determined by this method has obtained good technical and economic indicators in the actual mining process,which provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for safe and efficient mining of underground bauxite in China.
