异步浮选工艺回收米拉多铜矿试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 米拉多铜矿属于低品位铜硫矿石,为了有效回收有价金属元素铜、金、银,针对其存在黄铁矿嵌布粒度较粗,黄铜矿嵌布粒度不均匀,部分黄铜矿粒径小于0.020 mm且包裹在黄铁矿和脉石矿物中的问题,进一步分析了米拉多铜矿石的性质特点,进行了异步选铜工艺研究,通过优先回收可浮性较好的粗颗粒铜矿物、再采用混浮再磨再选工艺回收细颗粒铜矿物,取得了良好的选别指标。试验结果表明:采用异步浮选—中矿再磨再选工艺,可得到含铜26.34%、含金3.01 g/t、含银48.88 g/t的铜精矿,铜、金、银回收率分别为91.15%,47.62%和66.89%。 The Mirador ore body belongs to low grade copper-sulfur ore.In order to recovery the valuable metal elements copper,gold,and silver,while the particle size of the pyrite intercalation is relatively coarse,and the disseminated particle size of chalcopyrite is uneven.Some chalcopyrite is less than 0.020 mm in partical size,and it is wrapped in pyrite and gangue minerals.The properties and characteristics of Mirador copper ore were further analyzed,and the asynchronous copper separation process was studied,that is,the coarse-particle copper minerals with better floatability were preferentially recovered,and then the fine-particle copper minerals are recovered by the mixing and flotation re-grinding and re-selection process,and good separation indicators have been achieved.The test results show that the asynchronous flotation-medium ore regrinding and re-separation process can obtain a copper concentrate containing 26.34%copper,3.01 g/t gold and 48.88 g/t silver,and the recovery of copper,gold and silver are 91.15%,47.62%and 66.89%,respectively.
