摘要
基于水力压裂裂缝计算力学模型与矿井水力压裂煤岩体改性技术工艺,开展稳定难垮岩层水力预裂弱化治理技术研究,并在榆神矿区进行应用。分析榆神矿区稳定难垮岩层特点,通过工作面回采前预先压裂弱化顶板岩层,减小工作面初次和周期来压步距,降低工作面采空区顶板来压显现程度,有助于防止工作面煤体片帮、减小支架工作阻力和巷道变形。井下实践表明,水力预裂是工作面稳定难垮顶板弱化安全、绿色的技术手段,采空区顶板能够分层次逐步、及时垮落,解决了综采面采空区顶板控制问题,提升矿井工作面顶板管理水平。
Based on hydraulic fracturing fracture calculation mechanics model and mine hydraulic fracturing coal and rock mass modification technology,research on hydraulic pre-cracking weakening treatment technology for stable and difficult rock formations was carried out and applied in Yushen mining area.The characteristics of stable and difficult-to-collapse rock strata in Yushen mining area are analyzed.The roof strata are weakened by pre-fracturing before the mining of the working face,the initial and periodic weighting intervals of the working face are reduced,and the roof weighting behavior in the goaf of the working face is reduced,which is helpful to prevent the coal spalling of the working face,reduce the working resistance of the support and the deformation of the roadway.The underground practice shows that the hydraulic pre-splitting is a safe and green technical means for weakening the stable and difficult-to-collapse roof of the working face.The roof of the goaf can gradually and timely collapse at different levels,which solves the problem of roof control in the goaf of the fully mechanized mining face and improves the roof management level of the working face.
