基于信息化的医疗废物动态管理及效果分析

Effect Analysis of Information-based Medical Waste Dynamic Management

目的研究医院信息管理平台在医疗废物处置管理中存在的问题,探讨改进对策。方法依托医院医疗废物信息管理平台,收集2017—2019年医院医疗废物处置信息,分析医院医疗服务量、医疗废物总量、科室医疗废物年产生量及转运工人工作量等信息与特点。结果医院医疗废物年产生量约为1000吨,医疗废物产生量约为1公斤/床,处置费用为3.3元/床;感染性废物占比最大,占总量的94%;门急诊、手术室、重症医学科、静配中心和血液净化中心是损伤性和感染性废物产生量最大的科室,分别为46.5%和48.6%;产科、手术室、门急诊、检验中心和神经外科是病理性废物产量排名前5的科室,占比53.7%;每服务人次医疗废物产生量呈下降趋势。结论医院信息管理平台实现了医疗废物的全程跟踪管理,使医院医疗废物处置实现了精细化管理,取得了良好效果。

Objective To study the problems of information management platform in medical waste management and to explore the countermeasures.Methods Based on the medical waste information management platform,the information of medical waste disposal from 2017 to 2019 was collected.The situation and characteristics of the medical service volume,total medical waste volume,annual medical waste volume of the departments and workload of transfer workers were analyzed.Results The annual amount of medical waste in the hospital was about 1000 tons in total and 1 kg/bed,and the disposal cost was 3.3 yuan/bed.Infectious medical waste took the highest percentage of 94%among all the medical waste.Outpatient and emergency department,operating room,intensive care unit,pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)and blood purification center were the top five departments producing the largest amount of traumatic and infectious waste,46.5%and 48.6%,respectively;Obstetrics,operating room,outpatient and emergency department,laboratory center and neurosurgery department were the top five departments producing the largest amount of pathological waste,accounting for 53.7%.The amount of medical waste per capita showed a downward trend.Conclusion The information management mode provides the whole process tracking management of medical waste and is effective in refine management of medical waste disposal.
