摘要
目的分享癌痛规范化治疗示范医院创建过程与成效。方法通过建立并完善癌痛规范化治疗的组织架构及管理制度,优化诊疗流程,落实信息管控,开展多学科协作等途径提高癌痛规范化治疗水平。结果通过癌痛规范化治疗示范医院创建,患者疼痛筛查率、疼痛评估率均达100%,疼痛随访率逐年上升,疼痛诊疗规范率达90%以上。结论基于癌痛规范化治疗示范医院的实践,有助于推进癌痛规范化诊疗与管理。
Objective To share the process and effectiveness of establishing a model hospital for standardized treatment of cancer pain.Methods By establishing and improving the organizational structure and management system of standardized treatment of cancer pain,we optimized the diagnosis and treatment process,implemented information management and control,and carried out multidisciplinary collaboration to improve the level ofstandardized treatment of cancer pain.Results Through the establishment of a model hospital for standardized treatment of cancer pain,both the patient's pain screening rate and pain assessment rate reached 100%.The pain follow-up rate increased year by year,and the standardized pain diagnosis and treatment rate reached more than 90%.Conclusion Based on the practice of a model hospital for standardized treatment of cancer pain,it is helpful to promote standardized diagnosis,treatment and management of cancer pain.
