合理用药重点监控制度及应用研究

Research on Application of Key Monitoring System for Rational Drug Use

目的探讨合理用药重点监控制度对临床合理用药的促进作用。方法通过建立医院合理用药重点监控制度并组织实施,确定合理用药重点监控对象、针对性地开展合理用药监管和奖惩等分级干预措施,以合理用药率作为评价指标,对制度实施前与实施后重点监控对象合理用药状况以及全院临床合理用药状况进行分析。结果重点监控对象合理用药率明显上升,并能在脱离监控名单后保证较高的合理用药率;全院在抗菌药物使用不规范、剂量频次不合理、选药不合理、联用不合理、用量不适宜和重复用药等方面的不合理率明显下降(p<0.05)。结论医院建立合理用药重点监控制度,对促进临床合理用药具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the role of the key monitoring system for rational drug use in promoting clinical rational drug use.Methods A key monitoring system for rational drug use was established and implemented.Then,key monitoring targets for rational drug use were identified,and targeted intervention measures such as rational drug use supervision,rewards and punishments were carried out.The rational drug use status of key monitoring objects and the clinical rational drug use status of the whole hospital before and after the implementation were analyzed with the rational drug use rate as an evaluation index.Results The rational use rate of key monitoring objects increased significantly,and a high rate of rational use could be guaranteed after being removed from the monitoring list.The unreasonable rate of non-standard use of antibacterial drugs,unreasonable dosage frequency,unreasonable drug selection,unreasonable combined use,unsuitable dosage,and repeated use of drugs among the whole hospital decreased significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of a key monitoring system for rational drug use in hospitals is of positive significance for promoting clinical rational drug use.
