脑小血管病(CSVD)是一组好发于老年人群,主要累及颅内小血管,出现各种临床表现的一类综合征,是卒中和血管性痴呆的常见原因,但其发病机制尚不清楚。文章对目前主要的脑小血管病的病因及发病机制进行阐述,为临床诊治提供参考。

Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a kind of syndrome that occurs frequently in the elderly,mainly involving intracranial small vessels and presenting various clinical manifestations.CSVD is a common cause of stroke and vascular dementia,but its pathogenesis is still unclear.This paper expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of the main cerebral small vessel diseases at present,and provides reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
