摘要
以香菇(Lentinus edodes) 0912为试验菌株,分别从菌丝生长情况、菌棒烂棒率、子实体农艺性状、袋均产量、生物转化率、标准菇比例及经济效益等8方面对14个配方高温栽培香菇的表现进行了研究,筛选出高效配方。根据试验结果,综合分析得出配方14 (木屑78.5%、麸皮20%、石膏1.5%、丰优素1.5‰,含水量55%)生物转化率和袋均产量明显优于对照组,产出投入比高达5.01。栽培高温香菇常规配方中,影响袋均产量的主次因素依次为石膏>含水量>麸皮,最优组合为A_(3)B_(1)C_(3)(麸皮25%、石膏1%,含水量57.5%);影响产出投入比的主次因素依次为麸皮>含水量>石膏,最优试验组合为A_(1)B_(3)C_(3)(麸皮15%、石膏2%,含水量57.5%)。用茶叶枝完全替代木屑栽培高温香菇不可行。
By comparing the mycelium growth rate,rotten ratio of stick,fruiting body characteristics,yield,biological efficiency,standard ratio and economic benefit of 14 different formulas for high-temperature cultivation of Lentinus edodes 0912,the effective cultivation formula has been screened out.The result showed that the biological efficiency and yield of formula 14(saw-dust 78.5%,wheat bran 20%,gypsum 1.5%,fengyousu 1.5‰,water content 55%)were significantly higher then the control,and the output-input ratio was as high as 5.01.The primary and secondary effect of ingredients on yield are gypsum,water content and wheat bran in turns,the optimal combination is A3B3C3(wheat bran 25%,gypsum 1%,water content 57.5%).While the primary and secondary effect of ingredients on the input-output ratio are wheat bran,water content,and gypsum in turns,the optimal combination is A1B3C3(wheat bran 15%,gypsum 1.5%,water content 57.5%).It is infeasible to replace sawdust with tea twig powder for high-temperature cultivation of Lentinus edodes.
